Toba City is a sea city located in the eastern part of Mie Prefecture, with the northern and eastern part facing the Ise Bay. Approx. 1 hour from Haneda Airport to Chūbu Centrair International Airport, then approx. 40 min. from Chūbu Centrair International Airport to Meitetsu Nagoya Station by Meitetsu limited express train, and finally approx. 1 hour 35 min. from Kintetsu Nagoya Station to Toba Station by Kintetsu limited express train.

Arriving by train:
Approx. 45 min. from Tōkyō Station to Nagoya Station by a Shinkansen train, and then approx. 1 hour 45 min. from Nagoya Station to Toba Station by a JR rapid-service train.
