The video is a story of a couple who find out that they are getting a baby, and they visit Hikari City, the birthplace of the husband. The video shows the good things about Hikari City from the point of view of the local citizens. These include the beautiful evening sun that stretches out at the coast, and the nature where you can feel all the four seasons.

Hikari City is located in the south-eastern part of Yamaguchi Prefecture. The city faces the Seto Inland Sea from the west to the south. The city has been blessed with very pleasant conditions, as it has mild climate, and it is one of the cities with most hours of sunshine in Japan. The name of the city is thought to come from Mitsui River that runs through the city. Before the war, there was also a navy facility called “Hikari Kaigun Kosho” (Hikari Naval Arsenal) in the city, which is why it came to be called Hikari Town, and later Hikari City. Hikari City has a campaign called “Oppai City Declaration”, which aims to build an environment where it is easy to raise a child. The confectionary company Kanro was established in Hikari City, and even today they have a factory inside the town.
